The city began its slow defrost yesterday as temperatures rose up to 8 degrees. I walked across town with my old 30D, dodging dripping water from the railway bridges as I snapped some photos with a 50mm lens. Oddly enough, the 20-year-old lens works better than the camera - which hasn't been the same since Canon "repaired" it. Will probably bring it in again if I can get out to Mississauga at some point.
