//Bay street, lit up for Nuit Blanche in Toronto.
This year, as part of Nuit Blanche (a dusk-til-dawn art festival), a section of Bay Street (the heart of Toronto's financial district) was transformed into a carnival midway. The installation was put together by Shawna Dempsey and Lorri Millan from Winnipeg. More on the work here.
The above image is a long exposure of "The Avalanche" ride at the foot of First Canadian Place/the BMO building -- Canada's tallest skyscraper (which, of course, only half fit in the frame).
