This building is single handedly the most beautiful transformation I've seen of an old Toronto street facade in ages. I'm not a big fan of stucco, but the detailing and colour here has completely won me over.
What did it look like BEFORE? Well, you may remember it from this photo (it's the frightening building on the right). After years of wondering why the property was left to decay along such a vibrant strip of town, it seems someone has taken action.
Oh, and if you're wondering, there was no need for any darkroom work on this one -- that's a real Toronto sky.
