//late night walks in the Annex.
Last night I was out for a walk in the fog with George when I ran into a friend from work. She called out from across the street, pointed out my camera and asked if I was still working at such an hour. "No, these ones are for fun," I replied, but moreso, I meant for art.
It's been weeks since I had the time and the right headspace to go out looking for those defining moments and being open to the serendipity that comes along with snapshots.
I took a few dozen photos of the city under a thick blanket of fog, which I'll post tomorrow. For now, here is a photo of that same colleague walking away, arm-in-arm, setting the scene for all the multiples in this night shot. It was snapped without looking through the viewfinder (speaking of serendipitous captures).
